For Pick up orders: Certificates may be picked up over-the-counter on the day applied for at 1525 Elm Street
Monday - Friday 8 a.m - 4 p.m. Please bring your receipt or show electronic receipt.

Orders not picked up by 4 p.m. will be mailed next business day. Closed all City of Cincinnati Holidays.

All orders not found will be charged a $3 search fee
