For Pick up orders: Certificates may be picked up over-the-counter on the day applied for at 1525 Elm Street
Monday - Friday 8 a.m - 3.45 p.m. Please bring your receipt or show electronic receipt.

Orders not picked up by 3.45 p.m. will be mailed next business day. Closed all City of Cincinnati Holidays.

All orders not found will be charged a $3 search fee
